2 This home is a great location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! However, it truly is in intense need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Previous reviews described the outdoor spigot not working - it is still not working. And so the house obtained many sand in it.
From the outside, the house looks a little “operate down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks of your neighboring properties, they would be well out of our price variety. The interior photos have been accurate and everything worked fine.
